Mexico Mission 2010 : June 24th – July 1st : $600 (support raised)
Plans and meetings are already underway for our summer mission trip to Tijuana, MX. For the second consecutive year we will be partnering with Amor Ministries to build homes for families in need. This will be the best part of your summer, guaranteed! If you are interested in being a part of this incredible opportunity, contact Chad ASAP!
*The Mexico Mission Team is Now Full*
Florence Campout : July 30th – August 2nd : $60
Every summer our high school ministry packs our tents and sleeping bags and departs for a week of camping. This year is no different. However, we will be going somewhere we never have before: Honeyman State Park. We’ll be connecting with Rick Cummings (last year’s camp speaker) and his youth ministry for 4 days of camping, boating, beaching (is that a word? We’ll be going to the beach), worshipping, praying, and learning. It is going to be awesome! Don’t miss it! Mark your calendars today.
WildWaves Waterpark : August 24th : $30 (All-Inclusive)
We will be taking our annual day trip to WildWaves again this summer. The cost includes transportation, admission, snacks, and dinner on the way home. Students will be responsible for lunch. You can either bring money to buy something in the park or pack a sack lunch (sack lunch recommended, theme park food is expensive). This is always a student favorite.
Mid-High
Mid-High Summer Schedule (Printable)
Boating Trip : July 18th : $5
Every summer our mid-high students take a Sunday afternoon drive to Foster Lake for a day of boating, tubing, and swimming. No one is ever disappointed after attending this day trip… And yes, you are reading the cost right. It is only $5.
Camp Harlow Summer Camp : August 1st – August 6th : $294
Camp Registration/Medical Release
This summer our students will have the opportunity to take part in one of the best summer camps around. Camp Harlow will be the best week of your student’s summer. They combine extremely fun activities (paintball, ropes course, swimming, etc…) with dynamic teaching and worship to take your student deeper in their walk with God than they’ve ever been. One of our mid-high leaders, Kimmie Durkee, will be spending her second summer on staff with Camp Harlow. She is looking forward to connecting with our students there. The cost is high, but worth it. We are working on some scholarship opportunities, but I encourage you to beging saving now. Beginning May 1st, you will be able to pay a monthly amount towards your students cost if that will make it easier.
More information to come.
